Have you heard of the Whole30 program? Do you know what it is and how it can help? More and more people are following this program to solve serious health problems or just to feel fresher and lighter and have their bodies give it back. People who want to lose weight also often choose this program, but this program is not about losing weight.
Who should I thank for this program? Melissa and Dallas Hartwig, the couple who designed this program, started this diet to treat their own health problems. Their entire concept is best summarized in the book Food First, published in the Czech Republic by Jan Melville Publishing.

And now about the program itself, the Whole 30 is first a program where you eat three times a day for 30 days, and we\’ll talk more about the 30 days later, but for the first 30 days, you eat three times a day for 30 days. What do you eat during those 30 days? Conversely, what do you not eat during this time? Side dishes, rice, pasta, legumes, grains, all must be eliminated from the diet. In fact, the only side dishes you may eat during this program period are vegetables, either raw or cooked. In addition, no dairy products are to be consumed. Milk, cheese, yogurt, kefir, etc. Do not consume any carbohydrates, sugar, glucose, or artificial sweeteners. Do not drink alcohol, juices, syrups, or juices. And of course, do not eat fast food, dumplings, pizza, or any other unhealthy food.

What do you eat? We eat only clean and fresh food. As I said earlier, eat lots of fresh and cooked vegetables. In addition, we are allowed to eat an almost unlimited amount of protein, such as meat and good quality sausages that do not contain E or carbohydrates. Such sausages are hard to come by, but don\’t worry, they are not hard to find. Second, eggs are a basic component of the diet. Healthy fats such as nuts, coconut milk, olive oil, and avocados should not be forgotten. Fruit may be eaten in small amounts, ideally berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. [Eat three times a day. The foods listed above can be prepared in unlimited quantities. Eat so that you do not feel hungry between meals. Drink only plain water or herbal tea.
Cleansing your body of sugar, processed foods, etchings, gluten, and lactose will yield tremendous results and free you from serious health problems. The Whole 30 program can solve your stomach problems, intestinal problems, digestive problems, gas, and bloating. It can also help with eczema and other skin problems, dandruff, and acne. The Whole30 program relieves chronic fatigue, lowers cholesterol, and regulates blood pressure. The benefits are numerous and astounding. At the same time, you lose weight. [Sometimes 30 days is not enough and some people have to endure 45 days, some 60 days or more, but if you persevere, you will achieve your goal.
