Most people can\’t imagine a healthy lifestyle without exercise and a nutritious but healthy diet. Men, in particular, love the gym because it not only builds their muscles but also their confidence. Unfortunately, the fitness center closed again this year and again last year. But the closures have been going on for a long time, and although the fitness owners and trainers are doing their best, unfortunately, the motivation of young men, and even older men who used to come to work out regularly, is slowly fading away.
Trainers are willing to come to their homes, meticulously supervise personal training, work with the men, and tailor training plans for them, but the interest of the trainees is gradually waning. Frankly, they cannot train at home as they can at a fitness center. And not all of us have the same sports equipment at home that we are used to in the gym, nor do we really need the equipment, but exercising “only” with our own body weight is not for everyone.
Besides, our homes are set up very differently. Almost all of us have homes built as family homes where we like to come home, relax, and unwind. Then all of a sudden you are at home sweating, exercising hard, and worrying about the eyes of your kids or partner. At the gym, you are so focused on doing the exercises correctly and needing to focus on breathing that you find yourself absorbed in your own affairs without realizing it. Meanwhile, at home, you are distracted by the kids, who are looking forward to their dad exercising and huffing and puffing.
And even when I try to set aside an hour just for myself, change tactics, and do the exercises to match the online delivery, it still doesn\’t work the same way, and my motivation wanes and is lost forever. It goes on forever. If you\’re fed up and don\’t enjoy exercising at home, turn to a healthy workout in the fresh air. Alternate between brisk walking and running, regardless of the weather. Build up your stamina and endurance and motivate yourself to keep doing something for yourself. Even if it is a different kind of exercise than you are used to. Just replace the dumbbells with “sticks”. Maybe you\’ll get a taste of it!
