Even when they meet interesting, nice, attractive men, they cannot overlook little details that ruin their interesting outfits. Even though Czech men have improved considerably and now know what to do, there are some things they just can\’t forgive and mistakes they make repeatedly.
Elegant but a little off
Men, especially those who have to work in suits, often make big mistakes. That is the wrong length of tie. It is either too short or unnecessarily long. The correct tie length is up to the belt buckle. A tie that is too short will end near the navel and look funny. Therefore, we don\’t do that. Another tie and shirt violation is tying a tie to a short-sleeved shirt. Short-sleeved shirts are appropriate for less formal occasions, and ties are not appropriate there. To top it off, shoes are scuffed, dirty, or kicked. Men don\’t care much if their shoes are polished or clean, but still, walking outside in shoes that stepped over a puddle a month ago and no one has touched since looks awful and ruins the whole impression. Furthermore, if they are carrying backpacks to meetings, gentlemen should try using shoulder bags or briefcases instead.
Beware of Summer Temperatures
In the summer, gentlemen often forget to apply deodorant before leaving the house in the morning. What if their clothes are washed and smell great? Everyone sweats during the day, not to mention in the summer. And so almost no one can avoid sweating, and on top of that, the worst thing that can happen is the smell of sweat. It should be mandatory for all men to use deodorant every morning. And if it is really hot and they are wearing sandals, they should take off their socks. It is strange and comical to see well-dressed men forget to take their socks off.
